Notre Dame du Monde
An Unexpected Project
PURPOSE: To establish a property and dwelling for Notre Dame du Monde reflecting and communicating her message of awakening the Divine Feminine in all people globally, and which:
- is non-denominational,
- all-inclusive,
- contemplative,
- provides opportunities for improved mental and physical well-being by way of reflection, meditation, guidance and healing,
- establishes a spirit of kindness and connection within the community,
within the internal residence of Notre Dame du Monde, externally in the adjoining grounds and facilities, and remotely for those not able to attend in person.
BACKGROUND
In August 2019, while visiting Rocamadour France and sitting before the very ancient Notre Dame de Rocamadour, the calling to create a Black Madonna in Australia began to emerge.
What commenced as a message to the world from Notre Dame de Rocamadour, unfolded over several days as an asking to create Notre Dame du Monde.
With devotion and unwavering commitment, Enrica Mallard documented the details and knew that she would do as requested. Having shared the revelations with her companions Rosslyn Blundell and Angela Fagan, they too equally committed to the endeavour.
What remained consistent was the message that the symbolism not to be limited to a religious representation of mother and child, even though that was the imagery that would be used.
The original intent of all Black Madonnas: the honouring and encouraging of the feminine within us all to awaken and emerge, was clearly received.
Upon returning home to Melbourne Australia and following her guidance, Notre Dame du Monde was commissioned and created.
Enrica feels that the request to create Notre Dame du Monde, even calling her the Black Madonna “of the World” is the divine feminine clearly indicating that it is time for all to come together.
The feminine aspect is the nurturer, the supporter, the visionary, the lover, the carer, and the intuitive source of wisdom within us all. Without these facets, imbalance will and has occurred. The indigenous peoples throughout the planet and across time have been perpetual custodians of this knowing.
Now it is time for us all to awaken, encouraging these facets within us, to not only emerge, but be championed.
We can only be guided by what we are asked to do and to be. Enrica, with Rosslyn and Angela, know the task, and have begun under the auspice of Notre Dame du Monde Inc.
There is no doubt, we are all in this together – no exclusions, no exceptions, no separation. This is truly the reflection of the one tribe we now are – our common unity and our Oneness.
We will continue to be guided and seek to implement our purpose, with gratitude and connection, offering both a place of reflection and improved well-being for the greater good of all people, our world and the planet.
